I have left the company already as they have not paid my three months salary. I made general diary in local police station. The proprietor of the company is anti Bengali mentality person. I will not suggest to join this company. Moreover they deal with epabx ,CCTV etc the cost is too high in Kolkata market. I didn't like anything of this company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
