Typical Indian company with no good vision , treats employees like labourers and disrespects them in front of anyone for even a small mistake. They are not gender baise when it comes to insulting but definitely gender baise when it comes to work. If you try to leave the company they will make you suffer in your notice period, treat you like a nobody and than try to avoid giving you FNF which is basically your salary on hold....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
