First of all the director are just running the business to earn only in anyhow conditions, not considering what the sales person is going through, they'll call you at any time in day it can be at night early morning. You'll lose your family time. Work culture is very complex. You've to give unnecessary explanation to everyone above you, they will not consider your problem. They will cut you salary, you daily traveling allowance. Without informing you. The director uses very vulgarr language to communicate with the employee....Read More
