First of all the director are just running the business to earn only in anyhow conditions, not considering what the sales person is going through, they'll call you at any time in day it can be at night early morning. You'll lose your family time. Work culture is very complex. You've to give unnecessary explanation to everyone above you, they will not consider your problem. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
