Work culture is very worst ,no job security,feel like working in a peti-contractor,No any health insurance provide. Strictly follow the Punching system even Sunday (8:30AM to Work complition) They cut the salary eventually evening or day punch missed. There is no any HR policy. PM decision is final HR policy. *They not provided Appointment Letter before 1year complition.

Totally failed management specially in Water division. Lot of politics here played. In Water Project they put the road project admin and store which one they have no idea how to manage and deal. Worthless people carried out by company. One of Important things to Share they put there employee in a labour camp in which 3-4 people(engineer) share the single toilet and washroom. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
