I am currently working in Pnb metlife .... the staff member are unsupportive. .... the pressures employees fot the policy everyday ....... they sell their products by telling wrong to the customer ......ludhiana circle head ajit singh bedi is a crowd man ... he always take side of girls ...... and forces low pressistency employees for the resignation istead of teaching them

Dislikes

I am totally disappointed by the company service and environment. ... i strongly recommend that plz break the contact with pnb metlife for preventing young / new candidates from this unstable environment. ...

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
