The organisation is developing and is good place to work for those who want to obey to their managers without questioning.

It is still under the family management. They still take the decision irrespective of the efforts of individuals and support their family members who are working in the organisation. HR team is not capable of talking to the management against any problem faced my the individuals and in return they ask us to compromise on the situation or avoid it by telling it is not in our hand. It doesn't have any facilities to the employees. Only tea is given for the employees as a refreshment....Read More

It was hectic. The beleive in less members and more work. If someone resigns, they ask the other compatible person to take that job and any delay in either of the work is not accepted. Its a hard place to work for to those who are individual.
