1) Teammates,Work Environment and Work-Life Balance are good other than these everything else is very poor 2) No work after working hours or in weekend...only during critical period we need to work on weekend but not everytime

1) Growth is not there at all,here they give hike of around 2 to 5% max 2) Job Security is not there for QA Team who is working on US Client Project 3) Appraisal is delayed a lot like for 5 to 6 months and as I said hike percentage is not more than 5% 4) No opportunities for travelling abroad...hardly people get...I have been working here more than 2 years....i still didn't got a chance...some are there for 5-6 years even they didn't got a chance.... 5) Opportunities for learning is very less 6) No innovation at all 7) Work from home option is there but not all people get that..only some favorite people of management get it...Read More

Work is good but kind of repetitive..no innovative...only 2-3 projects and everything seems to be same....during working hours not that much work..they give enough time to complete the given tasks...no work after working hours or in weekend...
