The expenses for fieldwork was far more than the salary and in 8 months I did spent about 2 lakhs on field visit and did not received a single paisa return and the presure level was to high. Being in sale it is too difficult to perform for a company whose marketing budget is almost zero.

The company doesn't follows the hire and fire policy. I am thankful to this organization for retaining us in such worse condition of covid-19 and the company did't leave us midway. The company supported their employees in all the possible ways and gave us full salary during this lockdown as well.

Dislikes

No pick and drop service is available, but public transport facility is better in the area. However, timings are strict but the management has different policies for people working late, which benefits the employees at professional and personal front.

This company along with producing great building material has a great work environment that has been benefitting not just in office employees but factory workers aslo. I am supervising a team and have been doing this for about 7 years now. Coaching all the new workers as well as mentoring them all throughout has been a great task. All of the management has been quite supportive.

Being an Manager, you have to hold the top responsibilities at the office. Being an HR manager, I have to look into the matter of my co-workers and manage office policies and employee benefit policies. Seeing into everybody's matter, Sometimes we have to be happy with it but i must say that our bosses take care of every employee from the top to below in the hierarchy. Platinum Waltech is the best!
