Company is good but when in terms of growth they are like need to think 100 times I don't know why if an executive as given almost 2yrs in company and handle all the work of that process then to they need time to think. In this case they are lossing more n more good resource, However my personal suggestion would been don't lose your old resource they will give u good business...

We work for the company 2 or 3 yrs but during covid-19 without any discussion they just removed employees , even HR (hr are the pillars of the organisation)still it was shocking.

They operate from 2 floors. 1st floor and 3rd floor. 3rd Floor ambience is not good. It should be brighter. In terms of hygiene in washroom out of 5, I would rate it as 3. The BHR needs to be polite and courteous in her behaviour, especially while dealing with the internal staff.
