Terrible management. They litterly keep looking at your away timings and warns if you are away around 30 min We cannot loggout before 8.30 hrs from office everyday. Not a quality work.documentation work.salary cut during covid. Less than 10% hike. Donot recommend for experience candid ates. Plant environment. No perks and benefits otger than salary. Company policy is good, salary no bar for deserving candidates. Paid cab facility & cafeteria is here. They celebrate birthday of the employees every month. They provide Good diwali gifts. They arrange outside party's with employees.

Dislikes

Permanent workers are here, who work with their wish. They don't give respect to new comers & most of the staff. Here is no job security, they can kickoff any time they want to. Usually HR department call in the evening 5:00 pm & handover the thank-you letter. This is the worst thing here.
