No learning & very poor work culture.

Dislikes

There is nothing which i like about this company. Even you if you have to go outside for 15 min then you have to complete your full working hours.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
