Very less salary and Students hunting. Enrolled Students must be there, so teacher doesnt get demotivated after giving demo and consistant follow ups, the negative replies. It is actually wasted of time, energy and everything.

If you are hard working and ambitious about your career, then you will have a steep growth path here. I have seen many senior managers and ADs who joined the company as a BDA and have grown aggressively. I learnt a lot in the company after wasting 4 years in engineering. I was lucky to get Shubham Sir as my Sr Manager and life is great under him. But some managers arent that good. Dinner is not that good, though it is free. HR is weak If you want to chill then this ain't the place for you.
