Work culture of Head Office is good. People are friendly and helpful.

HR here has no voice/stand since the top management decides everything. They are not people oriented. There are no employee engagement activities here, no celebrations, just work for them and go home.

I would like to tell that Please support your staff Don't make pressure for audits And yes really your support to staff is 0/10 Salaries should as per Work Understand staff situation Give them suitable pay Don't blackmail or hold the salary Give overtime to staffs And yes most important, staffs are not your worker they are your pioneers, don't treat them like sweeper They are there to sell the things not to clean your store You are fine enough to make arrangement of one more staff for cleaning purpose. I gives 100%from my side. Even i didnt got anytype of satisfaction from Planet health .so i actually had very bad experience from it .Even i am also suggest to every pharmacist dont work at there ..&dont waste your time.
