So I joined the company with high hopes and bright future prospects. I was promised a managerial position in the company and I got that in fact. The only issue was my boss kept reminding me of the favors he did every now and then which was traumatising as I worked my as** off to reach where I am today. The decision maker of the company has no prior exposure or experience to his designation and was still praised over everybody's hardwork. The reason to flag that issue is that the guy could not help the company even one time in any crisis or make the right decision ever. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
