A mid sized company, not comparable to MNCs at all, but decent culture, good top management, good work life balance. Decent brand, helpful team mates, average learning opportunity. However its not the same for other teams. for eg: all the points given could be Good for Sales or other departments. The view is from a Marketing perspective, the company overall is nice to work for.

Dislikes

The experience isnt bad as DHFL itself is a decent company. The HR is helpful, but may deliberate a lot over taking actions. The work pressure is high. A proper and reasonable understanding of marketing is needed. Stronger support is required to Marketing and it mustnt be used at the business teams whims and fancies. Marketing does what business team wants, so expert opinion isnt considered, which makes marketing look like mere executors. Late nights arent regular but constant work followups etc are common in marketing. the work doesnt get over at the end of day ever. Team Managers need a better approach to their team mates on identifying and honing their skills and supporting them.
