I used to like Piramal Group a lot when I was not working in Piramal. I still like it. But because of some people here, the environment here has been spoiled a lot.

The manager's way of talking is not good at all. He always keeps troubling us. He tortures us, keeps harassing us.

Upper hierarchy is too good. They have own good way of working. My most favourite thing here is MD's townhall. MD sir is really very kind, humble, caring and mature person. Hats off MD sir.

I don't like the way of working on my own branch where no space given and expect the things which is not possible in a day.

Sales Person do all the work from sourcing of client till his sale deed execution. Sales Person should be more focused for sourcing of business. Once customer is sourced and mandatory documents are submitted. Credit and Operations should take charge and complete the remaining activities of signing and other activities like sale deed execution.

Whoever is a senior level person should never come down to the level and see where the problem is, if he starts checking all this then everything will be very good, because the file is being submitted to most of the people but the disbursement is not happening anywhere. Is this a big question?

-Culture and policy of company is good compared to it's compitetors. -Lending platform is mostly digital which is an another advantage for customer satisfaction. -Employee Engagement and Events celebrations are happening in a grand way. - Boss and Managers are supportive in nature. - Team Members are helpful in nature

-Core work of employees are often ignored -Company culture and vision is good but at ground leven unethical practices are happening only due to pressure from mid level management - In operation generally we have to do multitasking like cross sell, customer service, Branch Operations and admin work - Late night sitting is common here - Forget about leave if you wish to work here - Mostly all departments has single resources person at branch level due to work pressure you will feel is high and leave is ultimately a dream here - Company is mostly business oriented even operation employee has to do cross sell with a specified number of target. - Selling Insurance has been a common practice in this company too. - No late night sitting allowance or perks - Appraisal is barely has any transparency and increament hardly 8% even being a productive employee. - Biasness is prevailing here too...Read More
