I am working in DHFL since 2000 July as a Recovery Assistent after so Many Years of my struggle and hardwork I become a Recovery Manager and received an award as All india best recovery manager in the year 2017 and also received an award in the year 2018 as best recovery Manager from ap and telangana state .when pchf take over the company dhfl in the year 2021 november Up to that in dhfl my life is running without any bad remark but in pchf the agency also working as per company intake.after few months agency complaint on me regarding the I am using the customers amount for my personal use which they paid to the company. after the complaint received from the agency by my company asked me for roper explanation regarding the complaint received to them they stopped 3 months salaries of mine (April to July) i send so many mails so Many explanations.now I am going to explain the explainitions which i send to the company through mails the actual reason is due to so much work pressure from the company side in the time of covid so Many families lost their jobs so in that time I want to complete my targets which my higher recovery heads(rrms,zrms )given to me .so I decided to spend my salary which I can effort to pay amount for the customers those who I can trust them, will definitely pay my money in few days and after somedays I received the money from the customer .as like this the process also repated now i paid customer amount through my salary due to the customer inconvience to pay money so I paid some amount and received amount from the customer only because of my pressure to complete my work targets given by the recovery heads (and the recovery heads heavily pressure to me day to day to pay amount by my self or by the customer so I done this(paying some money of mine regarding to customer and receiving amount from the customer). not only me in all over andhra pradesh and telangana so Many recovery managers even now are also doing this thing (paying amount to the customers loan and recieving money)it is my explination rl to the company but without any proper reason without any proper evidence they terminated me even they didn't give any 1st time warning now my age is 50 years I am having two children's they are studying even they didn't thing about my family I didn't find any good job now I am struggling so much even they didn't give me full salary they didn't give my bonus amount due to this company my life is change I can't even find good job even no one helped me so I dislike about working at pchf...Read More
