Nothing. Very bad work experience.

Dislikes

1. Unprofessional behaviour, Worst HR policies. Long working hours ( 10 to 12 hours). You can not leave on time even if you don't have work. Need to work on Sundays sometimes. 2. Changes roll as per the company need irrespective of your experience and educational background. 3. Unethical practices- Lure the freshers by giving false promises like piping course & on job training but they don't have decent faculty who can tech software & give knowledge. 4. No job security or career growth or salary you will get frustrated and leave the job....Read More

I was new and it gave me an opportunity to develop my knowledge. This is the only good thing I can tell you about this company. If you are a struggler , fresher and willing to adopt to the worst culture possible on this planet only then you opt for this company.

Dislikes

No salary growth, sometimes no salary also, No experienced professional. Company is filled with freshers. No pf, no bonus nothing. You will even struggle to get your original certificates back from this company. In pipetech important positions are held by family members who don't even deserve the place and wont think twice before ruining your career who by the way are paid in lakhs. Owner of the company is highly disrespectful towards employees. Won't mince his tongue before subjugating you to cuss words. My advice for all is kindly look somewhere else for the opportunity....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
