1. Director level person is involved in routine matter , it devaluate the aura and make a professional feel that she / he working in "lala baniya" company instead of corporate group. 2. No policy, whichever director cum dictator say, it turns into policy with back date signed letter. 3. It pollutes the international name of fangada company which is not know about the employee who are facing problem. 4. Salary only arrives on time if your billing arrives otherwise no on time salary is the culture of this. 5. Increment is too poor, your degree is worthless when you see some fake degree person get good hike than you in the same organization. 6. No job security, if they have no work , they'll fire you immediately without no benefits. 7. HR is the puppet of director cum dictator. 8. Even after relieving , you need to beg for your relieve related documents as they've no time for complete your exit formalities until you do follow up....Read More
