No comments about company, I joined the company when it's startup.. But now wrost.. No growth. But getting salary on time.

No growth, not like old company, growth and less salary Hike.Just Targetted me. I'm fully Not satisfied with Operation team and one to one, HR also not supportive. HR operation asked me to Leave within 2 days (Pandemic situation). I'm worked more than 13 years(contact+Employee). All reporting manager, senior manager not my support.Willingly given me a PIP, without PIP form signed(some company giving PIP Signed form) HR operations called me and asked to resign immediately else I will terminate, I don't know what do next in these covid situation and just resigned, no value for work nearly 10 years company employee I'm still searching job in toughest situation....Read More

No growth, no salary hike, it's not like now when 5 6 yeras back company, before 8 to 9 years, it was a good company.now very wrost, almost employees migrating to other company, All need cost cutting and outsourcing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
