No cons that i can remember. Let me explain 1. Company gives good increment from around 1% to 4%. And if you perform exceptionally well for qualifying a promotion (no set criteria is there though) you can get massive 5% appraisal. 2. There is an incentive for the sale you make. Just, there is a surprising element. You don't know theexact incentive earned on which product. And also, you don't even know when it will be actually credited to your account. And if it is credited to your account, you don't know for which product it is given and which products are left/not given. Our management do this to keep the things exciting. 3. Reimbursements are great. They are so detailed that no body can fool you. And the exciting part is, these will never get approved when you need these the most. There are no worthless concept of "time value of the money" in the company. 4. Operations are so smooth that you will not get any hurdles. Because to get hurdles, one must progress forward. Here nobody knows how the things are done, thus no need to worry about case closures. 5 Support function is so encouraging that one have to push himself to get the things done. There are many people to tell you that how you can accomplish something without a support from any other. Company will make sure to make you realise your potential by helding you responsible for every mishaps. See, when you do something good there are always people to take credit.
