I'm joining at 2020 in that time the way working culture is very good but the last one year it very bad and without any reasons there removed and without any given notice period. And settlement also not getting I'm completing to 4years with any remarks. But not given any respect for employees it's so sad😕.

Good exposure to offline POS acquiring Payment domain work, Office ambience, few payment experts to gain knowledge from, HR policies, many leaves.

No defined processes, always overloaded with work, random work gets assigned, no measure of Product Manager capacity, one should know and manage end to end payment lifecycle, most employees try to push ball in others court as they are always overloaded with work.

First 6 month is all good for me post that when management change me any many team members are informing only dislikes for this company.

Work environment. Time management. Higher level management not understand lower level management works/how to treat good,how the employees should work. Not much hike less than 5% overall. Hybrid mode. Canteen (only Tea, Coffee, Biscuit & Namkeen) is there. Managers only want my task should be completed by EOD (means they are not checking whether office time is over or not). No Party, No Trip in a quarterly/yearly. Working 6 days a week(SATURDAY) although this is not in company regulations because on website it's showing SATURDAY & SUNDAY holiday but we are doing. Also if anyone are leaving before 2 years from Pinelabs they should submit there PineLabs bag also....Read More

Culture is very bad Even after giving your 200 percent your work does not get recognized. Nobody gives credits to juniors. They have new strategy for layoffs called PIP . My team leader does not have manner how to talk with employees . On the days when there is no target, she asks all the employees to stay even after 7 pm. Earlier I had 2 Saturdays off as well, now all Saturdays are working, only Sunday is off, we need all Saturdays off as well. Now I'm working with stress.

No cons that i can remember. Let me explain 1. Company gives good increment from around 1% to 4%. And if you perform exceptionally well for qualifying a promotion (no set criteria is there though) you can get massive 5% appraisal. 2. There is an incentive for the sale you make. Just, there is a surprising element. You don't know theexact incentive earned on which product. And also, you don't even know when it will be actually credited to your account. And if it is credited to your account, you don't know for which product it is given and which products are left/not given. Our management do this to keep the things exciting. 3. Reimbursements are great. They are so detailed that no body can fool you. And the exciting part is, these will never get approved when you need these the most. There are no worthless concept of "time value of the money" in the company. 4. Operations are so smooth that you will not get any hurdles. Because to get hurdles, one must progress forward. Here nobody knows how the things are done, thus no need to worry about case closures. 5 Support function is so encouraging that one have to push himself to get the things done. There are many people to tell you that how you can accomplish something without a support from any other. Company will make sure to make you realise your potential by helding you responsible for every mishaps. See, when you do something good there are always people to take credit. The company is a mess: - No licensed software is provided that is absolutely necessary for daily work execution. Office is in good location. And salary is also good. It credits timely every time.

Before joining here, I thought overall its good. But too much work pressure. There is no job security. All tasks are P0 here. You will not have any worklife balance. No such appreciations as well. Seniors will mock you if you miss any single thing.
