At Italica we believe in Quality and try to retain experienced workforce in order to achieve quality targets. I am the part of new product development team and try to get the best product. Interpersonal relation plays major role in making healthy work environment which is a very big plus point for the company.

Dislikes

Training is needs to improved and work appraisal system must be adopted. More exercise is required from marketing point of view including more effective customer feed back and brand awareness in the market.
