Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is nothing as such which one can like in Pieco, except the Owner and employee relationship bounded by ETHICS on EMPLOYEES END Only. As the UNCERTAIN source of earning runs the livelyhood of a family.

Dislikes

They only trust unproffessional, illeterate ALCOHOLIC FOREMAN & Supervisor, even for the reporting of elite employees equivalent to AGM. The most Pathetic thing about Pieco is that the Owner relies on a GM who did not explored a single company except Pieco for his entire career.
