Worked for 12 hrs daily without getting any kind of compensation..the rules are not same for all employees some employees used to get previleged treatment for no reason..they can change your role without any prior notice..no job security at all..no extra pay for weekend working

Few senior level manager are toxic

Nothing. Arrogant MD and Incapable Managers. They want you to be a servant of a foreign based arrogant client who doesn't welcome your suggestions and feedback. There are some managers who have never worked in any other organisations apart from this. So they do not have experience in team management. For every small problem these managers may put the blame on any team member and they will showcase it as a huge mistake to the MD. These managers will never appreciate or highlight your good work to the MD. The MD blindly trust these managers and never considers other team members view or side.
