They will fired you any time they want even you are giving your best. • Work life balance There no any term like this exists if you work here. • Corporate politics If you don't aware from this, join this organization,you will experience it very well, specially female employees are quite good in it. • Work Culture You have to fill daily timesheet, where you have to mentioned detailed every minute and our you spent on task.If you forgot to fill more than 2 times , your salary will be deducted and most important thing they will call you resource not a human. -Conclusion If you don't like you carrier and wanna destroy your resume just join this organization.There are 80% chances they will hire you and kick you out within 1 year....Read More

1) NO JOB SECURITY: I got a call from the CEO saying you need to resign for a very foolish reason saying we don't have any projects to work on now. 2) No Appreciation: I worked for over 4 years in this company & I never got an appreciation for my work. This made me lose my self-confiden ce, and lose myself. 3) Some Poor Managers: Fido is the worst manager because many employees left the job because of his pressure to work day & night, The CEO still supports him it's a very basic common understanding that if many employees are resigning because of one specific PM then there is the problem with PM & not the employees I hope one day CEO will look into it.
