Company needs to adopt any of the business excellence model for cultural development & sustenance. Skills development & training is very poor as far as OE team concerned. *Though transportation facility is there, which is good, but extensive travelling required, which become hectic after sometime (~3.5 - 4 hrs daily up-down, extends sometimes).

Expansion of current manufacturing facilities & Acquisitions of other Pharma & Pesticide Companies, Very Good Compensation, Management aspirations to be MNC+, Subsidized Food, Increased safety awareness. Employee who works in this company can work in any company. International recreational outing for employees once in a year.

No Work Life Balance, All time Work pressure & stress is high, Lacks Decent Work culture, Unprofessional thinking of Senior Management, Need to deliver in work even in holidays if you have laptop, Human values are very Low, Weak HR Policies, No ethics, Highest Attrition always, Job security is less, Should stop blaming the Junior level Management, Need to improve a lot in Sustainability, Lacks planning for Employee growth & Successor development. Company has Visionaries but lacks in Leaders. Real achievements/commitments of loyal Employees are ignored and Performance appraisals are biased, which benefits HR. Job security because it is difficult for the company to find and attract a replacement.

Dislikes

Restrictive policies, restrictive time policies, conservative and risk averse company, poor insurance policies, not good job location except Gurgaon ( can't comment about Gurgaon). Never ever go to Jambusar. 4 hr of your day will be wasted in commute. Only go to Udaipur if they are offering significant hike: >30%. Even Udaipur is a trap.

Feels like a Sarkari company operating a call centre (was part of corporate). Can't comment on R&D or manufacturing.
