Middle management is worst such as group leader, HODs director are so political and partial and no body is ready to correct this situation.

Job security because it is difficult for the company to find and attract a replacement.

Dislikes

Restrictive policies, restrictive time policies, conservative and risk averse company, poor insurance policies, not good job location except Gurgaon ( can't comment about Gurgaon). Never ever go to Jambusar. 4 hr of your day will be wasted in commute. Only go to Udaipur if they are offering significant hike: >30%. Even Udaipur is a trap.

Feels like a Sarkari company operating a call centre (was part of corporate). Can't comment on R&D or manufacturing.
