PI's impetus in R&D is highly appreciated and the sprawling and state-of-the-art R&D centre at UDR is testimony to that.

Dislikes

Science has not achieved as much as the management would have aspired due to local employees lobbying and not the right set of people working on key accounts. Variable pay compensation is poorly represented

Jambusar location is very remote place so,transportation is very big issue.per day 4hour Traveling time.
