Punching after 1sec late half day leave has to apply. Usually my previous companies permission & late coming for 10 to 15 mins in month is applicable. Is it possible to change this Pi will be competitive for any MNC's in India.

Less travel time for office commute. System based working.

Dislikes

Extremely high level of politics and favouritism by top management and HR. No reward for hard working and dedicated employees. Top management is very arrogant and egoistic. Partiality with old employee's is seen as a very common practice and HR seems to take them for granted and exploit them.

Appraisal is good, Health and Safety is on priority for the company, Good company for freshers. Canteen and Bus service facilities available, Many Hi-tech machines, instruments available in company which other companies don't have.

No promotion, seeking always low salary person instead of talent, this company HR thinking only BE or B.Tech Chemical have brain....!, B.sc., M.sc. other educated people are donkeys. Every not priorities on talent , HR find this package is not suitable or We are given post only BE person.

No proper engineering softwares, routine no brainer works, poor quality canteen, poor transport facility, poor HR, poor management in almost everything. Most people are old and not at all open to changes. Leaders promotes overwork but no appreciation for the same.
