Punching after 1sec late half day leave has to apply. Usually my previous companies permission & late coming for 10 to 15 mins in month is applicable. Is it possible to change this Pi will be competitive for any MNC's in India.

The Fact that it is a cash rish, no debt Company does give a sense of security and satisfaction (but that does not add up to the positivity that should come with it!)

With the way loyal and seasoned people are leaving the Organization, it is high time top management took note of the missing core! It badly needs a good CEO who is given ample powers, autonomy and authority to run the Organization. It cannot be a one man show anymore. Dislikes

Extremely high level of politics and favouritism by top management and HR. No reward for hard working and dedicated employees. Top management is very arrogant and egoistic. Partiality with old employee's is seen as a very common practice and HR seems to take them for granted and exploit them.
