PI is one of the fastest growing companies in core specialty chemical sector in India. Decision making is fast. Career growth and compensation are good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is nil particularly for PI Jambusar site. Artificially created work pressure is too much. Traveling time is too much.

PI's impetus in R&D is highly appreciated and the sprawling and state-of-the-art R&D centre at UDR is testimony to that.

Dislikes

Science has not achieved as much as the management would have aspired due to local employees lobbying and not the right set of people working on key accounts. Variable pay compensation is poorly represented
