Employee work 16hrs and if he missed to out punch he filled a leave it's not good, and apprisal given to showing a face it's very bad. Job profile totally change no carrier growth.

There are very work load I can't explain it , that why occur possibility of major mistake, not easily approval of leaves, Seniors behaviour is very aggressive, but if u want to good experience for your future growth,working with Pi is valuable experience

Don't like pi Culture... frequently problem for attendance every month... અળસી HR department work very slow for resign person full and final settlement..harrament by hr department for my own salary...very poor culture.. always bharuch root bus late coming..and..it's late to all releave bus .

PI's impetus in R&D is highly appreciated and the sprawling and state-of-the-art R&D centre at UDR is testimony to that.

Dislikes

Science has not achieved as much as the management would have aspired due to local employees lobbying and not the right set of people working on key accounts. Variable pay compensation is poorly represented
