I don’t think this can call as an organisation, management behaviour is terribly bad.

Company is new and growing at far most level

Dislikes

Company terminates most employees without notice period and recruits new. And will do same with them. Company is too secretive that you are not allowed to talk to your colleagues. While work there is no time to rest even for five minutes, and for any mistake they send mail for bearing losses.
