Freshers is good for skills development but dont think about salary. There is no salary improvement

They took Work from us like a donkey, never expect any sort of either recognition or rewards.

Dislikes

The management gives importance to them who has been working from longtime. There is no appreciations for the talented person's. Who ever joins their should work under their senior donkeys.

Work Details

Overall it's Worst experience. In these years of experience if have given in any other organization, I might be in other position right now.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
