Late-night informal group chats about some fun, comedy,leg-pulling or will often hamper your early good sleep. The TL will make comedy & jokes about you and other colleagues! So if you don't like jokes or love seriousness always, it may not be the right place. Though your TL and your team is best and supportive, other cross team TL a nd their team members often do chugli or jassusi and sometimes back-bitching your TL about you.
