This company selected me for a software developer role with 7.5 lpa package and day before joining I ask Ashish Sharma for joining process he replied me this position is on hold we not providing any job to you. Be aware from fraud ceo and useless company.

As a software developer, I know how applications are built, Phynart apps are fully hard-coded. The previous developer ruined the Apps, now they put pressure on us to change everything Asap. very bad culture, no Morals, no professional ethics Don't join the company ... only regrets he will not pay salary also in the end. right now im fighting for it

Great team members to work with. Great things to learn. Made my career. I will forever be grateful to the company and Ashish sir for trusting me. If i come back to Pune i would love to explore an opportunity with Phynart again.

Dislikes

Nothing as of now. Startups are difficult to build so cant really complain about the work pressure and all. If we dont work hard and show commitment startups wont suceed.

1. Toxic work culture set by CEO. 2. CEO Consider him self as a GOD because he consider he is providing jobs for freshers and experienced. 3. Self motivated CEO and Sr. Employees because they can dominate junior. 4. One person who rejoin the same company after 6 months he left

1. Took more than 1 lakh rupees from employee for abscond where employee work him for more 3 years no respect for that. 2. Hire people for 3 months and forcefully terminate them for performance issues and fake experience 3. No salary for first 3 months 4. Creating new rules every time

Dislikes

It's not established company yet and early stage start up. So its expected to put more efforts beyond working hours. Some people might find it otherwise.
