I have been working with phonon for more than two years now. I recently have come back from my maternity leave. I just want to thank the exceptional support provided by them during my leave duration. - I did't have to face any hassle to avail my maternity leaves. - Even during my leaves the support from collegues was commendable. - Returning from maternity leaves, they allowed me to work with flexible hours so that I could handle both - my child as well as my work. - I didn't face any financial crisis during my leave duration as the salary was always paid on time.
