Just a horrible experience, no job security. CEO is on high blood pressure always. CEO himself claims that no one will help you out in solving problems here and that will be mentioned to you on the first F2F meeting. If your stuck somewhere than be ready to get fired.

Management is still in evaluation whether it should or sell off the business to some venture capital. Only good thing about company is its business module which is unique in Vadodara, however in coming couple of years this business model will become common and no super growth can be though off. Company is Closely held and Management is also in hand of MD only. Other Team leads are just Puppets and those who act freely are shown the exit doors....Read More

Many Employees are willing to move out but not able to due to lack of similar role opportunities in Baroda. However in coming years two company with same Business model are shifting from Pune and Banglore to Vadodara and this should give them a chance to explore their potentials.

You will learn how to make your vendor Repent. Company Culture Depends on MOOD of MANAGEMENT. Sometimes they hire super premium consultants to change the Company stale environment and in 3-4 months you find that consultant is shown exit doors

I have been working with phonon for more than two years now. I recently have come back from my maternity leave. I just want to thank the exceptional support provided by them during my leave duration. - I did't have to face any hassle to avail my maternity leaves. - Even during my leaves the support from collegues was commendable. - Returning from maternity leaves, they allowed me to work with flexible hours so that I could handle both - my child as well as my work. - I didn't face any financial crisis during my leave duration as the salary was always paid on time. The company is on growth path. Best thing I like about the company is we are working on excellent technology and product. I also like the freedom we are given to experiment. It gives freedom to make mistakes and learn from them. We celebrate small successes together. I have excellent colleagues.

One thing I will like to change in the company is to bring up more managers. We are shifted from small company type so we need to have more hierarchy in the company.
