No Job security, you can be fired anytime of the day out of the blue Worst HR, Does not even respond to your calls, texts, emails, have no people skills, does not know how to talk Company Policies will be created, modified regularly to make employees life living hell. For example, if they see an employee talking over phone a new policy will be created to stop usage of phones in workplace and the premises of the entire building. Company Management is of the opinion that they are doing a big favor by giving a job without salary and you owe your rest of the life to them for that. Pay cuts and sudden terminations of employees is a very common and regular activity here.
