Visionary MD trying to improve the things. Factory culture at kalyani is good. On time salary.

Dislikes

Insecure boss lacks leadership qualities, they enjoy work from home, some of them enjoy working from thier comfortable remote location however gives lecture to attend the office every day. They don't want to absorb the pressure, simply pass on the pressure to juniors. Too much politics, needs overhauling at Kolkata office.
