As they hired as a quality Assurance chemist the job Is to test the sample.The load of working in this organisation is imensly high as u have to do work of 3 people alone. The other thing is they pay good salary to B.Tech graduate bt for Msc they compare it to diploma graduate in terms of salary , which is one of the worst thing that I could like.

1) Wasting career of GET,s by diverting their job role. 2) No fixed shift schedule. 3) Not only contract worker but also Assistant Managers, Deputy Mangers are forced to work 12 hrs. minimum thrice in a week or maximum days depends upon managers. 4) Due to remote location travelling is around 35 Km. So 8 hrs. duty is also 9 to 10 hrs. So no life cycle balance in this organization.

The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.
