The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.

Best place to start your career as we can get really handson experience, at the same time ampel of opportunity to scale up our skills .

Travel time from nearest city vadodara is around 1.5hr , this is the only disadvantage i observed as of now in last 3 years.

Though PCBL is a great company to work at and to boost your career, sometimes it is quite resistant to changes. It takes more time and effort to bring about a certain change in the system even if it is beneficial for the company.

Am working here for the last 20mnths, till now my experience with PCBL is good. Learning is very good & follows SOP very strictly No compromise is product quality. Good employee policies & rate of appraisal also better than other process industries.

Durgapur plant is quite old, Huge pressure on cost cutting on initial phase. Some HO officials are too much oily.
