1) Wasting career of GET,s by diverting their job role. 2) No fixed shift schedule. 3) Not only contract worker but also Assistant Managers, Deputy Mangers are forced to work 12 hrs. minimum thrice in a week or maximum days depends upon managers. 4) Due to remote location travelling is around 35 Km. So 8 hrs. duty is also 9 to 10 hrs. So no life cycle balance in this organization.

The plant is not good for out side employees. There are a lot of Gujarati fillings going on here. The supportive staff is not here. If people from other states come to this place, they will either leave their jobs or become mentally disturbed. Which happened to me in Mundra PCBL. That's why I request people from other states not to join PCBL MUNDRA.

Am working here for the last 20mnths, till now my experience with PCBL is good. Learning is very good & follows SOP very strictly No compromise is product quality. Good employee policies & rate of appraisal also better than other process industries.

Everything. Office Administration head , all seniors are very harmful. They are not understand what’s juniors are required. As a servant they are used juniors. No job security there. If you have no reference then no security there.
