The competitors of Philips pay there employees very well and thus you could see a lot of employees switching their jobs to this companies for a good pay. Appraisals also very minimal standards. The pay is very average compared to other good MNCs and tech companies. The average age of employees might be somewhere in the range of 35-40. This is pretty old for a tech company. There are a lot of positions which the company can do without and hire good problem solvers instead.
