Nothing much, You will be considered for job even if you are from tier 3 college and non it, but too much micromanagement,

Dislikes

Discrimination and office politics at peak, people hired from off campus and non it branch will be discriminated too much during hikes even if they work hard, you may be working 24*6 per week atleast, If You get a salary less than 8 is a big injustice save yourself
