Culture deterioration due to unsympathetic approach of HR and Admin. HR leader does not care about people here. HR is a good desi event manager. HR should have compassion towards employees. HR will pass responsibilities to the Directors. Being the world's largest HR Tech company, Phenom India HR does use any HR tech product in-house. HR talks in the air. No employee feedback.
