Work Location is near my home.

Dislikes

Hardly any job security in this organization. . Politics filled company that emotionally torments, and tramples over its employees. Work life balance is non-existent and work pressure is very high. Non-deserving employees get promoted because of their buttering up to department heads. Best to stay away.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
