Its good to be as an employee of P H D C, I loved the company. I dont think there is scope for oinnovation but best to learn every basic things. For freshers it is excellent start of their career.

Dislikes

Infrastructure is worst. Team mates are not well qualified as I am.

Work Details

Working here is quite boring. No hectic work hours are more so be tired daily.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I love to work over here. Our boss is awesome and support a lot believe me she is very co-operative.

Nothing except HR policies and working hrs.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
